“Love and compassion are necessities, not luxuries. Without them humanity cannot survive.” ~ Dalai Lama
Some time ago I shared a really nice Dharma talk by Andrea Fella on this post:

I thought I would post the second part of this series for those of you finding a need to bring more love and compassion into your life or those around you. If you need another quote or reason to incorporate this type of meditation into your practice here’s one that I dig:
“Life is a mirror and will reflect back to the thinker what he thinks into it.” ~ Ernest Holmes
Send out love, receive love…when you turn your life and perspective around into being of service and having compassion for others…life can get amazing.
Here’s part two:

I hope you all are having an amazing holiday season.
Until later…

I first read about the concept of life being like a mirror from Edgar Cayce. So true. I see the result every day in the beautiful world around me.
Hello Francene. I’m also a fan of Cayce’s work. Love his 2 part book series, A Search for God. Hope you’re having a great week.
